Days after christmas 2005, the desert city of phoenix, arizona is shocked by a drive-by shooting rampage that injures multiple people and leaves two men dead. Forensics determines that this isn’t the first time the shooters have struck. It appears that phoenix police have a unique serial killer team on their hands.
